Thank god we met Sara!!! She watched our new build like a hawk, taking weekly photos of the progress for us, sending them to us so we could see what was happening. She was knowledgeable, straightforward, and always available to help with our many questions during the selling process. When our movers left us hanging and we had to rent a Penske truck at the last minute (never use Transit Moving), she and her husband even helped load the trailer that night. Cannot recommend her more highly--phenomenal agent!!!

Our family relies on her expertise and professionalism...most recently, finding and selling two houses for us! In my case, we had multiple offers within 4 hours of listing. She navigated these quick, demanding offers and negotiations with the skills of a top pro ... and made what seemed like MAGIC happen! We listed at fair market value ( not a set up for a bidding war) .... and yet, through her hard work, we were under contract, above asking, the next morning. I did not give this sale a thought as the process moved forward, knowing that Sara was behind the scenes working with all involved. She is knowledgeable, listens, advises, is quick to respond and keeps you updated...a TOP PRO! We looked at homes in Boulder County, Larimer County, and Weld County. Sara was very knowledgeable about property taxes, schools, utilities, etc. in each county. She is incredibly responsive; when she says she's going to do something, she does it, quickly! She has an extensive list of vendors and contractors (the painter she recommended said they prioritize her clients because she's so great to work with and they got my painting done within two days of my closing). We also had a number of questions about the house after the closing and Sara was just as responsive post-closing as she was pre-closing. It was a pleasure to work with Sara, I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor and I will certainly use her again if we move in the future. My husband and I are so happy in our new home!

She has been the most responsive, patient and knowledgeable realtor. We started this house hunting journey three years ago, finding certain houses in certain areas, and she was Johnny on the spot with all of our questions. Pulling comps within hours of us finding a house, or even thinking about selling ours. She is straight forward and will tell you all of your options, as well as suggesting professionals to help with your house either selling or buying. When we bought our house, we would text or email her all hours of the day. She is great, and you will not be disappointed! I will recommend her to all my family and friends.

I was out of town during most of the selling process and she handled and arranged everything from the cleaning, minor repairs, and staging. She even helped me sell and donate some of the furniture. She was always patient with me and made good recommendations in regards to how to handle some of the offers, but more importantly, she was accurate in the initial appraisal of the house value and the estimate for the time it would take to sell. If I still lived in the area, I would be using here again and again for my property purchases, and even though I am not in the area anymore, I do recommend her to my friends that are still in the area.

She was incredibly flexible and very responsive. She went out of her way to get things done and she did not sugar coat things. She ensured we understood everything and made sure to educate us on anything we didn’t. Sara gets it done.

She literally got us from searching for homes to closing on a house in less than 4 weeks!!! All using a VA home loan even with a hiccup or two in the process (forms/paperwork). I felt comfortable texting her any questions I had whenever I needed to because she was so inviting of my questions and responded as quickly as she could. She knows how to negotiate fairly and got us a good price while still working respectably with the seller’s agent. She is willing to travel all over Northern Colorado. We are in Fort Collins and she had no issue coming up from Firestone to help us search, visit, and then close on the house. We are happily living in our home now instead of a basement studio and would definitely use Sara again in any of our home buying/selling needs!
