She is incredibly responsive; when she says she's going to do something, she does it, quickly! She has an extensive list of vendors and contractors (the painter she recommended said they prioritize her clients because she's so great to work with and they got my painting done within two days of my closing). We also had a number of questions about the house after the closing and Sara was just as responsive post-closing as she was pre-closing. All using a VA home loan even with a hiccup or two in the process (forms/paperwork). I felt comfortable texting her any questions I had whenever I needed to because she was so inviting of my questions and responded as quickly as she could. She knows how to negotiate fairly and got us a good price while still working respectably with the seller’s agent.
She is willing to travel all over Northern Colorado. We are in Fort Collins and she had no issue coming up from Firestone to help us search, visit, and then close on the house.
